Feel free to invite someone to join us. It’s best to use a computer or tablet with a webcam, though cell phones will also work.
We have a time of sharing what is going on in our lives, pray, & study God’s Word.
TIPS & ONLINE ETIQUETTE…
Place your Cell Phones on MUTE. Even Vibrate-Mode can be disruptive to the group.
Many people join the meeting as individuals. But if you are a couple sharing the same video, sign into Zoom using both names (i.e. Kevin & Shannon Fraley); so, everyone can know who your are.
At the top right portion of the screen you’ll see a small box that says ‘Gallery View’. Click on it! This is the best way to participate with the group.
Be sure to mute your audio if a nearby disturbance occurs. Even a whisper can be heard by everyone. You can MUTE yourself by clicking the button in the lower left corner of the ZOOM window.
During the lesson the Host may ‘mute’ everyone, or just certain individuals. Please, don’t be offended… sometimes this is necessary.
TIP: While you are muted, you can press & hold the space bar to speak; much like you would a walkie-talkie.
If, at any time, you think of a prayer request or have a comment, you can send it via the chat function. That button is to the right of the green ‘Share Screen’ button at the bottom center of the ZOOM window.
